  • Location

Lios an Uisce at No. 1 Rock Road is privately tucked away and out of sight of the main road behind a large granite wall. It is positioned right beside the well-known and popular Blackrock Park. Convenience of this property is an understatement at best as Blackrock Village is only a few steps away which offers a host of amenities to cater for everyday needs.

Such amenities include Blackrock Shopping Centre which provides a host of shops, and restaurants. Surrounding areas can be travelled along the cost road while enjoying the beautiful views of Dublin bay. If it is not already within walking distance, then a short drive up to the Stillorgan dual carriageway or to the Blackrock road allows one to reach many other destinations without any undue delay. At this stage we must not forget the excellent and reliable public transport facilities which include the DART with the local station in Blackrock Village travelling straight into the city centre. The DART service is also complimented by regular private & public bus services along the Blackrock road or along the Stillorgan dual carriageway. In summary this house has to be viewed to be fully appreciated

  • Directions

Lios an Uisce is easily found but one can also pass it by without paying attention. Coming along the Rock Road one approaches the junction with Mount Merrion Avenue. There is a set of traffic lights here and Blackrock Park also marks the location. The entrance to the house is effectively a hard left, swinging back on oneself in through the entrance gates. Coming down Mount Merrion Avenue the house is straight in front of you so go slowly through the junction and indicate left to let people know you are going to take a sharp left just before the entrance to the park.
